Forrester, a market research company based in Massachusetts, the US, has named Helsinki, Stockholm, and Copenhagen as the three top hotspots for businesses to recruit highly-skilled talent in Europe
The top 10 of the ranking was rounded out by Berlin, Hamburg, Oslo, Munich, Vienna, Zurich, and Amsterdam.
Forrester stressed that European businesses need to look beyond the traditional talent hubs – to northern and western parts of the continent – in the face of a “noticeable skills shortage” created by the focus on digital transformations, population aging, increasing automation, and continuing pandemic-related disruptions.
Each of the top cities offers a highly educated and diverse workforce with above-average language skills and a business-friendly regulatory framework.
