Terms and Conditions of the Finnish-Dutch Chamber of Commerce (FDCC)

3.1 Participation
Members and non-members may participate in FDCC events, subject to registration and payment (if applicable). Spaces may be limited, and priority will be given to members.
3.2 Cancellation
FDCC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events. In such cases, participants will be notified promptly, and refunds (if applicable) will be processed.
4. Privacy and data Protection
FDCC values your privacy. Personal data collected is handled in compliance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.
5. Code of Conduct
All members and participants in FDCC activities are expected to:
- Act professionally and respectfully.
- Avoid behavior that could harm the reputation of FDCC or other members.
Failure to adhere to these standards may result in removal from events or termination of membership.
6. Intellectual property
6.1 Ownership
All content provided by FDCC, including but not limited to event materials, publications, and website content, is the intellectual property of FDCC unless otherwise stated.
6.2 Usage
Members and participants may not reproduce or distribute FDCC content without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of liability
FDCC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services or participation in its activities. Members and participants are encouraged to seek independent advice where necessary.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
FDCC reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members and participants will be notified of significant changes, and the updated terms will be published on our website.
9. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved under Dutch jurisdiction.
