The Netherlands and the Nordic countries are in top positions to recover from the Covid-19 crisis!
According to the Global Competitiveness Report, 2020 published by World Economic Forum (WEF), Finland, Sweden, Denmark, and the Netherlands are the top counties prepared to achieve long-term transformation and recover from the Covid-19 pandemic. WEF assessed how different countries develop economic recovery and long-term transformation to recover from the Covid-19 crisis. The report is based on data gathered from 37 countries mapped against 11 priorities and reveals that especially countries with advanced digital economies, strong social safety nets, and robust healthcare systems are well-positioned to recover from the crisis.
