RePack’s CEO Jonne Hellgren wants to demonstrate how using reusable packaging can help fight climate change. Their products are already used in more than 40 online stores in over 10 countries. The idea for this innovation came about while working with the Finnish postal service Posti, and seeing the sheer volume of single-use packaging being thrown out daily. With RePack, the packaging of an online purchase can be reused several times. If a customer sends the packaging back to RePack, in return they get a discount code which can be used in any online store that uses RePacks. This way, RePack benefits the customer, retailer and of course the environment.
