The Finnish company with an AI-powered digital facilitation platform for collaboration and social learning is the only Nordic company in the new ranking.
HELSINKI, Finland (September 22nd, 2021) Howspace ranked #4 on Quartz’s 2021 ranking of the best medium-sized companies for remote workers. The first remote worker ranking highlights the fact that the focus for leaders and executives needs to be on organizing hybrid and remote work in the post-pandemic world. American software companies dominate the rankings, with some European companies also making the list, and Finnish startup Howspace being the only Nordic company in the ranking.
“We are super proud and happy to get such an honorable mention. This shows that we don’t only teach others about remote and hybrid ways of working, but also live by our learnings. As the head of the company I must say that this is a humble moment,” Ilkka Mäkitalo, Howspace’s CEO, commented.
Howspace is a dialogue-driven learning and organizational development platform powered by AI. By bringing facilitation methods to a digital environment, it delivers increased involvement, engagement, and sustained impact in both learning programs and organizational development initiatives.
