Welcome to the Pre-Midsummer Drinks & Networking event hosted by FDCC and Hofstede Insights in Helsinki in June!

Hofstede Insights is a global management advisory, operating in 50 countries with its headquarters in Helsinki. Originally a Dutch company, founded with the support of Professor Geert Hofstede, Hofstede Insights advises companies on the impact of culture in business and enables companies to align culture and strategy using a data-driven approach.

As part of your participation, you´ll be offered a free of charge “Culture Compass”, enabling you to visualize for yourself what is the impact of cultural differences between yourself, Netherlands and Finland (or any other country of your choosing) on how you are perceived. The event is free of charge and open for everybody interested in learning about cultural and business environments in Helsinki and Amsterdam.
