Extraordinary General Meeting

December 7 @ 17:30 - 18:00 CET

As part of our ongoing commitment to strengthen and professionalize our organization, the Board of the Finnish Dutch Chamber of Commerce (FDCC) is convening an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM), formally referred to as ‘the other general assembly’, exclusively for members of FDCC. During this meeting, we will discuss proposed updates to the membership structure. The meeting agenda and full details of the proposed updates have been sent to the members via email on 7.11.2024. The EGM will be held just before the Independence Day Dinner on December 7th at 17:30, at Stadscafé van der Werff.

A formal vote to accept the proposal will be conducted at the meeting. If the proposal is approved, the new membership structure will take effect on January 1, 2025.

Voting can be done in person or by proxy. All proxy votes will be printed and presented to attending members. Those who have agreed to cast a vote on behalf of another member may select one proxy vote in addition to their own. Each attending member is allowed only one proxy vote, so attending in person is the best way to ensure your vote is counted.

If you are attending the EGM or wish to vote by proxy, we kindly ask you to register here

By doing this we hope to attract new members with a refined membership offer. Hence, the board proposes the following modifications to the current membership structure;

  1. There will be three membership categories as opposed to the current four.
  2. The benefits that come with each level are clarified.

More detailed structure has been sent to the members via email on 7.11.2024. If you have not received the email or you have any other enquiries, please don’t hesitate to contact us at office@fdcc.eu.
